This intercooelr kit is to suit a 105 series chassis that was a factory 1HZ that has been converted to a 1HDFTE Motor. This comprehensive Series 2 HPD intercooler kit has been designed with shorter pipe work which runs directly from the intercooler to the turbocharger and inlet, due to the direct path we provide a replacement TIG welded aluminum radiator overflow bottle. This kit has the option of a transmission cooler for automatic modles. This kit will see and maintain safe power levels up to 200kw’s at the wheels with supporting modifications and tuning.

 This comprehensive Series 2 1HD-FTE HPD intercooler kit has been designed with shorter pipe work which runs directly from the intercooler to the turbo charger and inlet, due to the direct path we provide a replacement TIG welded aluminium radiator overflow bottle. This intercooler kit can handle power well above 200kw’s at the wheels with HPD’s bolt on Garret Turbocharger kit TK-TL-100FTE-GTX29/67R and supporting modifications. This kit also has improved ground clearance and excellent winch clearance.
