The Ford Territory catch can kit is a little more complicated to install than some of our kits due to having some hoses that are harder to locate and access. HPD recommends that this kit be installed by a professional mechanic or those who have some experience with mechanics and basic workshop tools and knowledge. 

This kit will fit both the Ford Territory SZ Series 1 and Series 2.

HPD’s Australian made billet CNC machined oil catch can / oil air separators have been designed to reduce the amount of oil from the engines crank case breather entering the intake system.

The issue is with the oil entering the intake system on modern diesel engines fitted with EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) where the exhaust gas valve is commanded by the ECM (engine control module) to open and allow exhaust gasses back into the inlet mixing with the oil that’s been left as a film inside the inlet manifold, thus this process just keeps on repeating itself, causing the issue of the manifold being blocked or clogged reducing the air flow to the engine’s cylinders, resulting in lack of performance, black smoke, engine wear and even engine failure.

HPD has you covered when it comes to keeping your transmission working reliably within safe operation temperatures.

These days most vehicle manufactures either run the transmission oil through a heat exchanger that is cooled by coolant used by the engine or run through the bottom tank of your radiator. This can have an impact on the engines cooling system and transmission temps when everything is working hard. The other issue being when either of these systems fail it can be quite detrimental and expensive when you have the two fluids mix together.

HPD’s oil to air transmission coolers have been designed and tested to provide stable transmission temperatures under the toughest conditions. Our bar and plate construction ensure that these cores will hold up in extreme environments under intense towing loads and still provide cool and stable transmission oil temperatures.

All HPD transmission cooler kits come with everything required to install on to your vehicle. This High Performance Diesel intercooler kit has been designed to suit Ford Ranger PX current models (2012+). The intercooler delivers reduced inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures. This kit allows fitment of a winch and bull bar and re-positions the intercooler into a higher position that is less likely to suffer damage when off-roading. HPD have also designed a transmission cooler to help maintain cooler transmission temps while off roading or towing your caravan.

This Ford Ranger 3.2L intercooler kit responds well with engine tuning. With the cooler intake temperatures produced from HPD's intercooler kit enables a safe increase in torque and power.

This kit will be a direct bolt on kit with no modifications made to the existing vehicle. this kit can be put back to stock at any time and will reuse the factory push lock fittings for an OEM fittment.
