MV Triton & D27 Navara Products are in Research & Development

Thanks to Alexander, who lent us his MV Triton, we’re developing what we refer to as the holy trinity of products;

– Efficient and durable Bar & Plate Intercooler
– Highly popular Transcooler kit

We’re currently at the stage where we find the most ideal spots to locate the parts.

For the catch can, we’re looking for a place where we can utilise any existing holes to fix bracketry. We also want to make sure the catch can unit is accessible so that checking the dipstick and removing the bowl is as easy as possible. We also don’t want any low spots in the hoses for oil vapour to condense into a pool of oil.

In terms of the intercooler and transcooler, we’re looking for locating them for ideal air flow, the neatest and straightest routing for pipes and hoses and finding the most ideal places to fix brackets. Another important consideration is making the kits as uninvasive as possible to fit; meaning minimal, ideally no cutting or drilling.
