Update for Landcruiser 300 Series Heat Exchanger Coming Soon

We’re updating our highly popular 300 Series Landcruiser Heat Exchanger kit to suit models mid 2025 onwards.
A big Thank You to Jeff for lending us his impressive November 2025 built vehicle, that has received a whole host of upgrades including bar, winch, snorkel, mirrors and GVM updrade for towing.

The current Heat Exchange kit doesn’t fit with newer 300 Series models that are now have a condenser fan required to keep the air conditioning system cooling the cabin effectively.
Why does the 300 Series Landcruiser Need a Heat Exchanger?
300 ‘cruisers lose power when things heat up. As temperatures build up under the bonnet, air intake temps increase. One of the primary reasons air intake temperatures rise is due to the Water to Air (W/A) intercooler not being able to maintain low intake temperatures due to hot coolant being fed to it from the two small radiators located either side, behind the front bumper of the vehicle.

Fitting a HPD Heat Exchanger ensures your 300 Series suffers far less from power loss during towing and hot weather
HPD’s Heat Exchanger ensures colder coolant circulates through the intercooler to lower intake temps and keep the motor at peak power.
We’ll also fit a transcooler to keep those trans temps down to protect the 10 speed as well as our famous catch can to keep the engine as gunk free as possible.
